Station Street Site
Located Downtown Kankakee on Station Street, between S. Dearborn and S. Schuyler, this infill revitalization project involved a highly inclusive reimagination of an existing vacant building and adjacent, underutilized parking lot. Realized through a public-private partnership between the City of Kankakee and J. Jeffers & Co., the development will deliver modern residential and office spaces, alongside an equity-based small business incubator/accelerator.
